<h2>Technology Lead - Active Directory</h2><p>We are seeking a skilled Technology Lead to provide advanced L2/L3 support for Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID. This role involves addressing authentication, identity, and access management challenges in a dynamic environment.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Troubleshoot complex issues including:</li><ul><li>Login failures</li><li>Group Policy issues</li><li>Domain replication</li><li>SSO, MFA, Conditional Access</li></ul><li>Manage hybrid identity environments, including:</li><ul><li>Entra ID Connect (synchronization)</li><li>RBAC (Role-Based Access Control)</li><li>Application integrations (OAuth, SAML)</li></ul><li>Participate in incident and change management processes</li><li>Create technical documentation</li><li>Mentor junior engineers</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>8-9 years of experience in Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID</li><li>Degree in a relevant field</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Full-time position</li><li>Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India</li></ul>
