About the Role
<h2>Deputy Business Application Lead - ERP</h2><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Deputy Business Application Lead to oversee and deliver large-scale, complex Oracle Fusion ERP transformation projects across multiple business functions and industries. This role requires a strategic leader who can define project scope, architecture, and manage all aspects of ERP implementations, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and driving project success.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and deliver Oracle Fusion ERP transformation projects, including rollouts, change requests (CRs), support tickets, and implementations.</li><li>Define ERP project scope, architecture, interfaces, and approach; manage project documentation, security roles, deliverables, resource plans, timelines, and risk management strategies.</li><li>Ensure ongoing engagement and communication with business stakeholders to align ERP functionalities with business needs.</li><li>Coordinate with senior executives to gain buy-in on ERP-related decisions and system changes.</li><li>Organize and lead ERP pursuits, contribute to pricing strategies, and manage service level agreements (SLAs) for support tickets and CRs.</li><li>Drive the development of ERP practice methodologies, tools, industry best practices, and project documentation.</li><li>Lead the ERP team and support third-party vendors, mentoring team members and guiding their career development.</li><li>Oversee ERP staffing strategies, including recruitment, retention, and workforce planning.</li><li>Provide hands-on leadership to local and global ERP delivery teams.</li><li>Manage ERP application configurations, documentation, and upgrades to support evolving business processes.</li><li>Analyze ERP modules for enhancements, automation opportunities, and system optimizations.</li><li>Define and implement procedures to resolve data integrity issues and ensure data consistency across platforms.</li><li>Review and handle various change requests and requirements from business users.</li><li>Maintain uniformity and common standards across entities and business units, including configuration standardization and master data management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>B.Tech, MBA, or M.Tech degree.</li><li>15-20 years of experience in Oracle Fusion ERP implementation and management.</li><li>Strong skills in stakeholder management, budget control, and organizational skills.</li><li>Experience as a solution architect with a focus on Oracle Fusion modules.</li><li>Good to have: Knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM and Oracle Finance.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.</li><li>Remote work options are not specified.</li></ul>
