About the Role

<h2>Desktop Support Engineer (L1)</h2><p>We are seeking a dedicated <strong>Desktop Support Engineer (L1)</strong> to provide first-level IT support for end-users. This role involves troubleshooting desktops, laptops, printers, MS Office, O365, and basic network issues. The engineer will also handle tickets, manage assets, and escalate issues to L2/L3 support as required.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to desktops, laptops, printers, and MS Office applications.</li><li>Provide support for O365 and basic networking issues.</li><li>Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely manner.</li><li>Assist in asset management and inventory tracking.</li><li>Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 support as necessary.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>1.5?2 years of IT/Desktop support experience.</li><li>Knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, O365, and basic networking.</li><li>Strong communication and problem-solving skills.</li><li>A degree in a relevant field.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Contract position.</li><li>Onsite role in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.</li></ul>
