About the Role
<h2>Electrician ? Panel & Equipment Wiring</h2><p>We are seeking a skilled Electrician specializing in panel and equipment wiring to join our Assembly department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical wiring, particularly in industrial settings, and will be responsible for ensuring that all wiring activities comply with quality and safety standards.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform electrical panel wiring and machine/equipment wiring as per electrical drawings.</li><li>Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and layout drawings to ensure accurate assembly.</li><li>Ensure all wiring activities comply with quality and safety requirements.</li><li>Identify and report any assembly, design, or material-related issues to the reporting manager promptly.</li><li>Follow established 5S practices and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.</li><li>Verify that all work is carried out according to the latest released drawings.</li><li>Kit and organize site-fit and installation parts to support efficient assembly and field installation.</li><li>Conduct continuity checks and basic electrical testing before handing over equipment for further testing.</li><li>Coordinate with engineering to resolve wiring and installation issues.</li><li>Ensure proper identification and labeling of cables, terminals, and electrical components.</li><li>Support commissioning, troubleshooting, and modifications as required.</li><li>Maintain accurate records of completed work and highlight any deviations from the drawings or standards.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or a related field.</li><li>3?5 years of experience in industrial panel wiring and equipment wiring.</li><li>Strong understanding of electrical schematics and control panel assembly.</li><li>Experience with cable routing, termination, ferruling, labeling, and electrical testing.</li><li>Good knowledge of industrial electrical components such as PLC I/O, VFDs, relays, contactors, sensors, and motor controls.</li><li>Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical issues during assembly.</li><li>Good organizational and kitting skills for site-fit and installation components.</li><li>Familiarity with 5S and workplace safety practices.</li><li>Good communication skills and the ability to report issues effectively to supervisors.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Contract</li><li>Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India</li></ul>
