About the Role
<h2>Fusion HCM Lead</h2><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Fusion HCM Lead to provide subject matter expertise and thought leadership on Oracle?s best practices for implementing Human Capital Management (HCM) business processes. In this role, you will lead workshops to gather business requirements, influence the adoption of standard Oracle processes, and identify and address gaps while minimizing development efforts. You will be part of the Business Applications management team, leading your team and managing the Oracle resource plan for existing and planned projects.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead workshops to gather business requirements and influence the adoption of standard Oracle processes.</li><li>Coach, mentor, and train Oracle HCM functional consultants to support their growth and learning.</li><li>Provide technical leadership in prioritizing, scoping, estimating, planning, and delivering Oracle HCM business process solutions.</li><li>Ensure timely delivery of projects, meeting agreed standards, and effectively communicate the status of tasks, raising risks and dependencies as needed.</li><li>Represent your domain in the Business Applications Integration team to analyze new projects and configuration changes.</li><li>Conduct weekly/bi-weekly meetings with Process Owners and Business Support teams to present project status and discuss future roadmaps.</li><li>Perform feasibility studies and process design reviews, demonstrating profound knowledge of assigned Oracle modules/solutions.</li><li>Support existing Oracle HCM implementations and resolve incidents based on predefined processes.</li><li>Ensure documentation of all aspects of the Oracle HCM implementation.</li><li>Work directly with business users to enhance and improve existing business cycles.</li><li>Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders and track customer satisfaction.</li><li>Raise and follow up on HCM-related service requests with Oracle.</li><li>Design and standardize business processes/configurations and establish frameworks/tools for master data management.</li><li>Propose tools/platforms for better user experience and enhance productivity.</li><li>Monitor user licenses and ensure optimum usage of Oracle user licenses.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>10-15 years of experience in Oracle Fusion and HCM implementations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of ERP tools, Payroll Process, and Compensation & Benefits Administration.</li><li>Education: B.Sc, B.Tech, MBA, or BBA.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.</li></ul>
