About the Role
<h2>Fusion SCM Lead</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>Fusion SCM Lead</strong> to manage end-to-end implementation projects and provide day-to-day support for Oracle Fusion modules. The ideal candidate will ensure user satisfaction and process continuity while driving successful project execution across various business units.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, change requests, and day-to-day support issues raised by the business, including configuration, demos, training, user testing, segregation of duties, profiles, and roles.</li><li>Handle complete self-service procurement and procurement cycles in Oracle Fusion modules for all business units.</li><li>Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure functional and technical alignment of project-related systems.</li><li>Develop, manage, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Resolve complex system or process issues by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.</li><li>Raise, monitor, and coordinate resolution of service requests (SRs) with Oracle and internal technical teams.</li><li>Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligning them with business requirements and compliance needs.</li><li>Lead and translate business requirements through regular process re-engineering and develop solution designs tailored to procurement cycle needs.</li><li>Continuously assess and improve procurement processes through automation, system optimization, and interfaces (within Oracle Fusion standard modules + 3rd party applications).</li><li>Lead workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive business coverage.</li><li>Define, document, and manage project deliverables including functional requirements, testing scenarios, and rollout plans.</li><li>Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and drive satisfaction among key users.</li><li>Standardize setups, configurations, master data, templates, and documents. Monitor system usage across SCM modules, dashboards, and reports including business KPIs/metrics for ROI and proactively identify and resolve improper practices.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional business departments (maintenance, order management, finance, procurement, projects, inventory, engineering, equipment) to enhance system utilization and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to generate customized reports and workflows that enable automation.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Education: B.Tech, MBA, or B.Sc.</li><li>Experience: 7-10 years in SCM and Oracle Fusion modules.</li><li>Required Skills: Procure to Pay, Procurement, Purchase, Oracle Inventory.</li><li>Good to Have Skills: Not specified.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India</li></ul>
