About the Role

<h2>Gen AI + Agentic + Python Developer</h2><p>We are seeking a talented Gen AI + Agentic + Python Developer with 4-8 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in developing Gen-AI and machine learning pipelines, as well as experience in building backend services for conversational and agentic AI workflows.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop Gen-AI and machine learning pipelines and implement RAG architectures.</li><li>Build backend services for conversational and agentic AI workflows.</li><li>Integrate AI services with enterprise platforms such as ticketing systems, analyst tools, and dashboards.</li><li>Implement data pipelines covering ingestion, cleaning, enrichment, metadata management, and scheduling.</li><li>Deploy models using APIs and cloud-native services, and monitor performance, latency, and accuracy.</li><li>Apply banking-grade controls including data privacy, access control, audit logging, and model observability.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Strong experience in Gen AI and Python.</li><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India.</li></ul>
