About the Role

<h2>HCM Fusion Consultant</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>HCM Fusion Consultant</strong> to provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional and technical consulting services. In this role, you will act as a subject matter expert and lead clients through the entire cloud application services implementation lifecycle for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Identify business requirements and map them to the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality.</li><li>Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and build extensions for them.</li><li>Advise clients on options, risks, and any impacts on other processes or systems.</li><li>Configure the Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application set-ups.</li><li>Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Develop Security and Validation Strategies &amp; Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Implement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Assist clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and develop test scripts for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Interact with project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, data conversion programs, and application extensions.</li><li>Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>7-10 years of experience in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion.</li><li>Experience with Saudi Arabia and Egypt regulations.</li><li>Experience in Oracle Cloud Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules.</li><li>Very good knowledge in Oracle Recruiting (ORC), Time &amp; Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review and Succession Management, and Workforce Compensation.</li><li>Ability to work on all project phases: Project Preview, Fit/Gap Analysis, Configuration, Testing, and Production Support.</li><li>Fusion HCM Certification preferred.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle parallel projects simultaneously.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.</li><li>Remote work details are not specified.</li></ul>
