The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) and hold an engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical. Proficiency in Kannada and Hindi is essential for effective communication within the team.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.</li><li>Conduct risk assessments and implement safety measures.</li><li>Provide training and support to staff on safety practices.</li><li>Monitor and report on safety performance metrics.</li><li>Assist in the development and implementation of safety policies and procedures.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>1-3 years of experience in HSE.</li><li>Engineering degree, preferably in Electrical or Mechanical.</li><li>NEBOSH/IOSH certification.</li><li>Diploma in Fire and Safety course.</li><li>Proficient in Kannada and Hindi.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Contract position.</li><li>Shifts required to ensure continuous coverage.</li></ul>
