<h2>IT Team Lead</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced IT Team Lead to oversee our day-to-day IT infrastructure support operations. The ideal candidate will ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and drive improvements in service efficiency.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead day-to-day IT infrastructure support operations across assigned locations.</li><li>Ensure adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for incident response and resolution.</li><li>Monitor ticket queues, backlog, aging incidents, and service request fulfilment.</li><li>Drive first-call resolution and service efficiency improvements.</li><li>Ensure all incidents are properly logged, tracked, escalated, and closed within defined timelines.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>6-7 years of experience in IT Service Delivery Management.</li><li>Strong leadership and team management skills.</li><li>Proficient in incident management and service level agreements.</li><li>Degree in a relevant field.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Contract</li><li>Location: Gurugram, Haryana, India</li></ul>
