About the Role

<h2>ITSM ServiceNow Developer</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced ITSM ServiceNow Developer with 5-9 years of experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow, particularly in third-party integrations, and will be proficient in JavaScript and web development technologies.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop and customize ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Jelly, Web Services, XML, HTML, and CSS.</li><li>Configure and maintain the ServiceNow platform, including workflows, business rules, UI pages, UI actions, and UI policies.</li><li>Experience in configuring Notifications, SLAs, Workflows, Users, Groups, etc.</li><li>Ensure best practices and standards are followed in the development process.</li><li>Write test scripts for integration.</li><li>Utilize ServiceNow APIs effectively.</li><li>Apply knowledge of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.</li><li>5-9 years of experience with ServiceNow, particularly in third-party integrations.</li><li>Proficiency in JavaScript and web development technologies.</li><li>Strong understanding of ITIL processes and ITSM best practices.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Contract</li><li>Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India</li></ul>
