About the Role

<h2>Mobile Testing Engineer</h2><p>We are seeking a skilled <strong>Mobile Testing Engineer</strong> with 8-15 years of experience in manual testing, specifically in the e-commerce domain. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the functionality, usability, and compatibility of mobile applications across various devices and operating systems.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform manual testing of e-commerce features such as product search, cart management, checkout flows, payment gateways, order tracking, and user accounts.</li><li>Test app functionality, usability, and compatibility across multiple devices, operating systems (iOS and Android), and screen sizes.</li><li>Validate app behavior under various network conditions (e.g., 3G, 4G, Wi-Fi).</li><li>Create detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and user stories.</li><li>Execute test cases and document results, including steps to reproduce bugs and expected vs. actual outcomes.</li><li>Identify, log, and track bugs using bug-tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Bugzilla).</li><li>Provide clear and concise bug reports with screenshots, logs, and other relevant information.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Experience in mobile testing, particularly for e-commerce applications.</li><li>Strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes.</li><li>Proficiency in using bug-tracking tools such as Jira or Bugzilla.</li><li>Ability to create detailed test cases and scenarios.</li><li>Degree in a relevant field.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Contract</li><li>Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India</li></ul>
