About the Role

<h2>Oracle Customer Relationship Lead (CRM)</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced Oracle Customer Relationship Lead (CRM) to spearhead the end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion CRM modules, including Sales, Service, and Marketing. This role requires a strategic thinker who can effectively collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into functional solutions while ensuring system performance, scalability, and security.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion CRM modules (Sales, Service, Marketing).</li><li>Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and translate requirements into functional solutions.</li><li>Configure and customize CRM modules within Oracle Fusion Cloud CRM.</li><li>Drive solution design, architecture decisions, and best practices.</li><li>Manage integrations with other systems (ERP, third-party apps).</li><li>Oversee data migration, testing, and deployment activities.</li><li>Provide leadership to functional and technical teams.</li><li>Support post-go-live enhancements and troubleshooting.</li><li>Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership, influencing key decisions and ensuring business outcomes are met.</li><li>Resolve complex system or process issues by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.</li><li>Raise, monitor, and coordinate resolution of service requests (SRs) with Oracle and internal technical teams.</li><li>Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligning them with business requirements and compliance needs.</li><li>Lead and translate business requirements through regular process re-engineering and develop solution designs tailored to project needs.</li><li>Continuously assess and improve project processes through automation, system optimization, and interfaces (within Oracle Fusion standard modules + 3rd party applications).</li><li>Lead workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive business coverage.</li><li>Define, document, and manage project deliverables including functional requirements, testing scenarios, and rollout plans.</li><li>Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and drive satisfaction among key users.</li><li>Standardize setups, configurations, master data, templates, documents, etc.</li><li>Monitor system usage across corresponding modules, dashboards, and reports including business KPIs/metrics for ROI and proactively identify and resolve improper practices.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional business departments (CRM, Manufacturing, finance, procurement, projects, inventory, engineering, equipment) to enhance system utilization and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to generate customized reports and workflows that enable automation.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>B.Tech, MBA, or BBA degree.</li><li>10-15 years of experience in CRM implementation, specifically with Oracle CRM and Salesforce CRM.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle Field Service Cloud and Order Management.</li><li>Proven experience in team management and leadership.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India</li></ul>
