About the Role

<h2>Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Cloud implementations, particularly in the areas of Core HR, Payroll, and Absence Management. This role requires a deep understanding of Saudi Arabia and Egypt regulations as well as the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Provide Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functional/technical consulting services, acting as a subject matter expert throughout the implementation lifecycle.</li><li>Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion functionality.</li><li>Conduct Functional/Technical Design Workshops for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Identify functionality gaps in Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion and build extensions.</li><li>Advise clients on options, risks, and impacts on processes or systems.</li><li>Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion Applications to meet client requirements and document application setups.</li><li>Write business requirement documents for reports, interfaces, data conversions, and application extensions.</li><li>Develop Security and Validation Strategies &amp; Plans for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Implement Security for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Assist clients in preparing validation scripts, testing scenarios, and developing test scripts.</li><li>Validate configuration and data for Oracle HCM Cloud Fusion projects.</li><li>Effectively communicate and drive project deliverables.</li><li>Interact with project team members responsible for developing reports, interfaces, and data conversion programs.</li><li>Share knowledge to continually improve implementation methodology.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in computer science or a related field.</li><li>Minimum of 5 years? experience in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation.</li><li>Experience with Saudi Arabia and Egypt regulations.</li><li>Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Core HR, Payroll, and Absence modules.</li><li>Very good knowledge in Oracle Recruiting (ORC), Time &amp; Labor, Absence Management, Goal Management, Performance Management, Talent Review, Succession Management, and Workforce Compensation.</li><li>Fusion HCM Certification preferred.</li><li>Problem-solving skills.</li><li>Ability to handle parallel projects.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Work Type: Full-Time</li><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India</li><li>Remote Work: Not specified</li></ul>
