<h2>Package Specialist - SAP HR</h2><p>We are seeking a skilled Package Specialist with expertise in SAP HR to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in UKG and SAP integration, with a focus on functional and technical consulting. This role involves translating business requirements into effective pay policy configurations and optimizing existing systems for efficiency.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Demonstrate technical expertise in UKG and SAP integration, specifically with WIM.</li><li>Gather requirements and create Functional Design (FD) documentation.</li><li>Conduct Unit Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Serve as a UKG Pro WFM application consultant with strong techno-functional expertise in Workforce Dimension.</li><li>Translate business requirements into pay policy configurations.</li><li>Build standard pay rules and work rule building blocks.</li><li>Create new Dataviews and troubleshoot existing ones for efficiency and correct data retrievals.</li><li>Install and configure DX and Intouch timekeeping devices.</li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues, identify root causes, and coordinate fixes with vendors and other stakeholders.</li><li>Resolve timekeeping device issues, including firmware upgrades and biometrics enrollment failures.</li><li>Optimize existing system configurations for efficiency and reliability.</li><li>Continuously improve existing solutions based on feedback and system performance.</li><li>Provide solution design and technical consulting.</li><li>Guide on UKG?s capabilities, limitations, and best practices.</li><li>Partner with UKG and IBM for fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal approaches.</li><li>Collaborate with Product, Project Management, and Vendors to ensure UKG-specific deliverables are on track.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>6-8 years of experience in SAP HR and UKG.</li><li>Strong technical expertise in UKG and SAP integration.</li><li>Experience in requirements gathering, functional design documentation, unit testing, and UAT.</li><li>UKG Certifications are preferred.</li><li>Graduate degree in a relevant field.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.</li><li>Remote work options are not specified.</li></ul>
