<h2>Project Client Service Lead (Oracle Fusion)</h2><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Project Client Service Lead specializing in Oracle Fusion to join our team in Chennai, India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Oracle Fusion modules and will play a pivotal role in leading solution design and delivery for various project modules. This position requires a minimum of 10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion cloud PPM and EBS, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a relevant discipline.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead solution design and delivery for Oracle Fusion cloud project modules (PPM, P6, and Unifier), ensuring high-quality, integrated implementations aligned with business objectives.</li><li>Implement the complete integrated platform with Oracle Fusion PPM, Primavera P6, and Oracle Fusion cloud Unifier, ensuring seamless data flow across these modules/platforms.</li><li>Analyze complex business needs and translate them into effective Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions using best practices and product expertise.</li><li>Act as a strategic advisor to client leadership, influencing key decisions and ensuring business outcomes are met.</li><li>Resolve complex system or process issues by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.</li><li>Lead workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive business coverage.</li><li>Demonstrate proficiency across multiple business processes and ERP product families (e.g., Oracle Projects, Financials, Procurement).</li><li>Manage end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, and day-to-day support issues raised by the business, ensuring user satisfaction and process continuity.</li><li>Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure functional and technical alignment of project-related systems.</li><li>Guide and mentor internal project teams, offering leadership, expertise, and decision support throughout the solution lifecycle.</li><li>Raise, monitor, and coordinate resolution of service requests (SRs) with Oracle and internal technical teams.</li><li>Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligning them with business requirements and compliance needs.</li><li>Lead and translate business requirements through regular process re-engineering and develop solution designs tailored to project needs.</li><li>Define, document, and manage project deliverables including functional requirements, testing scenarios, and rollout plans.</li><li>Coordinate with development teams to ensure accurate implementation of requirements and drive satisfaction among key users.</li><li>Standardize setups, configurations, master data, templates, and documents, monitoring system usage across PPM, P6, Unifier modules, dashboards, and reports.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional business departments (finance, procurement, projects, inventory, engineering, equipment) to enhance system utilization and automation.</li><li>Collaborate with development teams to generate customized reports and workflows that enable automation.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a relevant discipline.</li><li>10 years of experience in Oracle Fusion cloud PPM and EBS.</li><li>6+ years of implementation and support experience in Oracle Fusion Project module (PPM).</li><li>Oracle Fusion cloud project management/project modules certification, Project management, ITIL.</li><li>Strong/expert level experience in Oracle Fusion modules including Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing/Invoicing, Project Contract Management, and Resource Management.</li><li>Good implementation/exposure experience in Project Asset Management, OTL, SCM costing, interfacing with Primavera P6, Oracle Cloud Unifier, and Finance.</li><li>Experience in OCI/OIC integration with 3rd party systems, OTBI, Data Load (Data Migration), Security (SOD, Roles and Profile), and Workflow.</li><li>Proven experience in solution architecture and end-to-end ERP project lifecycle management.</li><li>Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, problem-solving, and critical thinking capabilities.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India</li><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Remote: Not specified</li></ul>
