About the Role

<h2>Project Manager</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in electronics product/systems to lead engineering projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects within the aerospace industry, ensuring that all time, cost, and scope requirements are met. This is a contract position based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Plan and lead engineering projects to meet time, cost, and scope requirements.</li><li>Monitor and control project costs and schedules.</li><li>Develop project plans using Microsoft Project and track progress through various project metrics.</li><li>Establish and lead project review cadence at all organizational levels.</li><li>Establish governance strategies for projects/programs.</li><li>Collaborate with team members, project leads (IPTL), counterparts, manufacturing, customers, and suppliers to execute programs/projects with synergy.</li><li>Support the supply chain team to meet procurement targets for the project.</li><li>Lead customer, supplier, and internal meetings.</li><li>Utilize broad knowledge of aerospace standards/procedures/protocols to meet customer requirements.</li><li>Responsible for tactical/operational execution of day-to-day operations.</li><li>Work with project leads to assign technical resources and resolve technical issues.</li><li>Drive predictable project performance and enhance productivity.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>BE/B-Tech/MTech in Electronics/Electrical discipline.</li><li>Strong project/program management skills.</li><li>Strong communication, writing, and decision-making skills along with interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in executing, leading, and managing projects related to electronics products/systems.</li><li>Good knowledge/understanding of product qualification based on DO-160 or equivalent industry standard.</li><li>Electronic product design background and technical leadership experience is preferred.</li><li>Knowledge of DO-178 and DO-254 is an added advantage.</li><li>Awareness of Agile/Scrum methodologies is an added advantage.</li><li>Experience with ALM/PLM and Kanban methods would be beneficial.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Contract</li><li>Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India</li></ul>
