QA Analyst (ETL & MDM Tester)

About the Role

<h2>QA Analyst (ETL &amp; MDM Tester)</h2><p>We are seeking a skilled ETL &amp; MDM Tester with strong experience in end-to-end (E2E) testing of data integration and Reltio MDM implementations. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and quality across complex ETL pipelines and MDM platforms.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Perform end-to-end testing of ETL and MDM solutions, from source systems to downstream applications.</li><li>Design and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test data for ETL, MDM, and data validation.</li><li>Validate data ingestion, transformation, matching, merging, survivorship, and publishing in Reltio MDM.</li><li>Test batch and incremental ETL loads, ensuring data completeness and integrity.</li><li>Perform data quality checks including duplicates, hierarchy validation, reference data validation, and business rule verification.</li><li>Validate MDM object models, relationships, crosswalks, and survivorship rules.</li><li>Execute API testing for Reltio inbound/outbound integrations.</li><li>Perform SQL-based data validation across source, staging, and target systems.</li><li>Identify, log, track, and retest defects using defect management tools.</li><li>Collaborate with business analysts, data engineers, developers, and product owners to clarify requirements and resolve issues.</li><li>Support UAT and regression testing cycles.</li><li>Ensure testing aligns with data governance, security, and compliance standards.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>4?6 years of experience in ETL Testing and Data Warehouse testing.</li><li>Strong hands-on experience with Reltio MDM testing.</li><li>Solid understanding of MDM concepts: golden record, matching &amp; merging, survivorship, hierarchies, and reference data.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for complex data validation.</li><li>Experience testing ETL tools (e.g., Informatica, Talend, DataStage, SSIS, or similar).</li><li>Experience validating REST APIs (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).</li><li>Strong understanding of data mapping and transformation logic.</li><li>Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.</li><li>Excellent analytical and communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, India</li></ul>
