<h3><strong>Job Title: Payments/POS Test Engineer</strong></h3><p><strong>Experience:</strong> 5+ Years<br /> <strong>Location:</strong> Bangalore (Onsite)<br /> <strong>Role:</strong> Quality Engineering ? Packages<br /> <strong>Shift Timing:</strong> 12 PM ? 9 PM (No remote option)</p><h3><strong>Job Description</strong></h3><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul> <li> <p>Perform testing of <strong>Point of Sale (POS)</strong> systems including multiple transaction types, Back Office Solutions (BOS), and various integrations/interfaces.</p> </li> <li> <p>Conduct <strong>physical card testing</strong> (Magstripe, EMV Chip, Contactless) on physical POS terminals.</p> </li> <li> <p>Validate <strong>EMV/Chip card transaction flows</strong> and analyze end-to-end transaction logs.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ensure adherence to <strong>PA-DSS compliance</strong> and support EMV certifications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Execute testing for <strong>Electronic Card Payment Systems</strong>, including B2B and B2C cards.</p> </li> <li> <p>Carry out <strong>Certification / Acquirer Certification / Accreditation Testing</strong> for card payment solutions.</p> </li> <li> <p>Apply strong understanding of <strong>software development models</strong>, test types, and test techniques.</p> </li> <li> <p>Utilize test management and defect tracking tools; <strong>ALM/HPQC</strong> experience is an advantage.</p> </li> <li> <p>Manage and execute <strong>end-to-end testing activities</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive testing cycles and deliverables.</p> </li> </ul><p><strong>Good to Have:</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li> <p>Strong communication skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Quick learner with a positive attitude.</p> </li> </ul>
