<h2>SCM</h2><p>Cadmaxx Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a skilled Supply Chain Management (SCM) professional to join our team in Magadi, Karnataka, India. This full-time role is ideal for candidates with 1-4 years of experience in vendor management, compliance, and staffing industry operations. As part of our dynamic organization, you will play a key role in managing vendor relationships, ensuring compliance, and supporting cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li><strong>Vendor Management:</strong> Identify, onboard, and manage vendors as per organizational requirements. Build long-term vendor relationships to ensure timely and quality deliverables. Maintain a vendor database and monitor performance metrics.</li><li><strong>Contracts &amp; Compliance:</strong> Draft, review, and manage vendor contracts and agreements. Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and legal requirements.</li><li><strong>Purchase Orders &amp; Quotations:</strong> Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs). Request and evaluate quotations from vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness. Negotiate terms and pricing to maximize value for the organization.</li><li><strong>Billing &amp; Payments:</strong> Review vendor invoices for accuracy against POs and contracts. Coordinate with finance for timely billing and payment processing. Resolve discrepancies related to vendor payments.</li><li><strong>Cross-functional Coordination:</strong> Collaborate with internal departments (Procurement, Finance, HR, Projects) to fulfill resource and service requirements. Support staffing operations through effective vendor sourcing and contract management.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>1-4 years of experience in Supply Chain Management or related field</li><li>Hands-on experience in staffing industry operations</li><li>Expertise in vendor management and vendor contracts</li><li>Proficiency in Purchase Order (PO) handling, quotations, and billing processes</li><li>Strong negotiation and communication skills</li><li>Ability to manage multiple vendors simultaneously</li><li>Knowledge of compliance and documentation standards</li><li>Education: Any</li><li>Relevant skills: GRN, Staffing-industry, compliance, Billing, Staffing-business, Sales-order, invoice, Purchase-order, quotation</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Location: Magadi, Karnataka, India</li><li>Employment Type: Full-time</li><li>Onsite role (remote/hybrid options not specified)</li></ul>
