About the Role
<h2>SCM Oracle Functional Consultant</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>SCM Oracle Functional Consultant</strong> to join our Information Technology division in <strong>Chennai, India</strong>. This full-time role requires a professional with strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules, particularly in self-service procurement and purchasing. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end implementation projects, ensuring functional and technical alignment, and drive continuous improvement in procurement processes.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, and day-to-day support issues.</li><li>Handle complete self-service procurement and procurement cycles in Oracle Fusion modules.</li><li>Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with implementation teams for functional and technical alignment.</li><li>Develop, manage, and monitor SLAs and KPIs.</li><li>Resolve complex system or process issues with innovative solutions.</li><li>Coordinate resolution of service requests with Oracle and internal teams.</li><li>Evaluate and implement new features in Oracle Fusion Cloud.</li><li>Lead workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Define, document, and manage project deliverables.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional departments to enhance system utilization.</li><li>Collaborate with development teams for customized reports and workflows.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or relevant discipline.</li><li>5+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion self-service procurement and purchasing.</li><li>Professional certification in Oracle Fusion Cloud Self-service procurement/Procurement module.</li><li>Strong/Expert level experience in Oracle Fusion modules: Self Service Procurement, Purchasing, Inventory.</li><li>Good implementation experience/exposure in modules: Maintenance, Sourcing, Supplier Portal/Qualification, Costing, Procurement contracts, Manufacturing, Product data hub.</li><li>Oracle Fusion technical areas experience: OTBI, Data Load, Security, Workflow.</li><li>Handled all ERP lifecycle phases: analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</li><li>Strong understanding of procurement life cycle module and integration with other Oracle Fusion process areas.</li><li>Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Experience in designing transaction flows and integration with various modules.</li><li>Development of reports through OTBI and interface experience using OCI/OIC.</li><li>Ability to manage priorities, team handling, reporting, and drive continuous improvement.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India</li><li>Full-time position</li></ul>
