<h2>Senior Business Analysis CoE - 570403</h2><p>The Cybersecurity team is responsible for enabling businesses to manage their information security risks effectively. The Cybersecurity Operations and Intelligence function focuses on detecting anomalous behavior within the global estate, conducting rapid triage of information to identify threats, and coordinating with the incident response team for in-depth investigations. The Senior Business Analyst will play a crucial role in driving the delivery of a Target Operating Model (TOM), supporting the strategic direction of Cyber Operations, and assisting in the delivery of system enhancements.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Work with key business stakeholders to define the Operations TOM and clear business outcomes.</li><li>Capture business/technical requirements and ensure traceability throughout the delivery of initiatives.</li><li>Ensure effective quality assurance of builds against business requirements.</li><li>Develop and support business case submissions and expected business value.</li><li>Attend governance forums and provide programme insights to the ExCo and Steering Committee.</li><li>Report to business leaders and stakeholders.</li><li>Articulate and capture risks and dependencies between programmes and functions.</li><li>Support junior Business Analysts.</li><li>Define project requirements and produce user test plans aligned with business/technical requirements.</li><li>Manage HSBC governance processes to support system delivery and operational processes.</li><li>Produce updated operational processes to support new features and tooling.</li><li>Contribute to and agree on business transition plans, ensuring all delivery expectations are met before handing over to BAU.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum of 5 years? experience as a Business/Solution Analyst, gathering requirements and defining IT solutions.</li><li>Experience producing Target Operating Models/Strategies.</li><li>Strong experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories, and Acceptance Test scenarios.</li><li>Experience with Agile methodologies (ideally Scrum or SAFe).</li><li>Strong analytical, documentation, and verbal communication skills in English.</li><li>Ability to take complete ownership of delivery of complex functional changes.</li><li>Strong relationship management skills with business stakeholders.</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence.</li><li>Experience in technology delivery in a complex organization.</li><li>Experience in business requirements definition and testing.</li><li>Excellent planning and reporting skills.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Contract</li><li>Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India</li><li>Remote: Not specified</li><li>Office visit requirements: Not specified</li><li>Travel requirements: Not specified</li></ul>
