About the Role

<h2>Senior Business Analyst</h2><p>As a Senior Business Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering requirements, defining IT solutions, and delivering front-to-back complex functional changes in a fast-paced environment with ever-changing priorities and flexible workload management.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Deliver front-to-back complex functional changes</li><li>Manage strong relations with business stakeholders</li><li>Remove blockers and create pathways during times of uncertainty</li><li>Experience in technology delivery in a complex organisation</li><li>Experience in business requirements definition and testing</li><li>Delivery of business process documentation</li><li>Excellent planning and reporting skills</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Minimum 5 years? experience as a Business / Solution Analyst</li><li>Experience producing Target Operating Models / Strategies</li><li>Strong experience with writing Use Cases, User Stories and Acceptance Test scenarios</li><li>Experience with Agile (ideally Scrum or SAFe)</li><li>Strong analytical, documentation, and verbal communication skills in English</li><li>Experience with MS Office (Excel, Visio, PowerPoint) and JIRA/Confluence</li><li>Experience in technology delivery in a complex organisation</li><li>Experience in business requirements definition and testing</li><li>Bachelor?s degree in a relevant field (Btech)</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Location: Pune, Maharashtra, India</li><li>Contract type: Contract</li><li>Face-to-Face meetings: Bi-annual drive meetings (25th July - 26th July)</li><li>Travel requirements: Not specified</li><li>Remote work policy: Not specified</li></ul>
