<h2>Senior Consultant - Oracle Fusion Technical</h2><p>We are seeking a highly skilled <strong>Senior Consultant - Oracle Fusion Technical</strong> with 7-10 years of experience to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining Oracle Fusion Instances, ensuring secure access, and leading the adoption of ERP systems within the organization. This role requires a strong technical background in Oracle technologies and a commitment to ethical business practices.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Maintain Oracle Fusion Instances Services Status.</li><li>Secure Fusion Applications Access through Authentication and Authorization.</li><li>Segregate the access of users based on management requirements.</li><li>Ensure compliance with Code of Ethics policy and adopt company values across all functions, providing leadership to reinforce a strong people culture and ethical business practices.</li><li>Assist in managing the adoption and utilization of systems and ERP in the function.</li><li>Prepare, review, and supervise solution designs.</li><li>Test developed applications before submitting them to end users.</li><li>Develop codes that follow standard application development approaches and guidelines.</li><li>Create test scripts, user guides, and participate in unit and integration testing along with the end users.</li><li>Work with Oracle support services to resolve end users' open issues.</li><li>Monitor recent technology developments and recommend implementation methodologies.</li><li>Identify defects, weaknesses, and issues, developing resolutions using appropriate and effective means and methods.</li><li>Support development team members facing challenges.</li><li>Recommend new systems to automate existing processes and ways to re-engineer business processes to effectively use new technology.</li><li>Develop organization-wide approaches and best practices on the adoption of new technologies and solutions.</li><li>Lead and direct the definition and development of new IT solutions to improve the efficiency of systems.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>B.Tech in IT, B.Sc, or M.Tech.</li><li>Strong experience with Oracle VBCS, Oracle Integration Consultant (OIC), Apex &amp; triggers, SQL, PL/SQL, and SOA.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India</li></ul>
