<h2>Senior SCM (Manufacturing) Oracle Functional Consultant</h2><p>We are seeking a <strong>Senior SCM (Manufacturing) Oracle Functional Consultant</strong> with 8-12 years of experience to join our Information Technology division in <strong>Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India</strong>. This full-time role requires strong expertise in Oracle Fusion modules and a solid understanding of supply chain and manufacturing processes. The consultant will manage end-to-end implementation projects, drive successful project execution, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure service excellence.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Manage end-to-end implementation projects, rollouts, and day-to-day support issues, ensuring user satisfaction and process continuity.</li><li>Handle complete supply chain and manufacturing Oracle Fusion modules for all business units.</li><li>Drive successful project execution by managing scope, timelines, quality, and stakeholder expectations.</li><li>Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure functional and technical alignment of project-related systems.</li><li>Develop, manage, and monitor service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Act as the escalation point for unresolved service delivery issues and coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and internal teams.</li><li>Guide and mentor internal project teams, offering leadership and expertise throughout the solution lifecycle.</li><li>Resolve complex system or process issues by proposing and implementing innovative solutions.</li><li>Evaluate and implement new features released in Oracle Fusion Cloud, aligning them with business requirements.</li><li>Lead workshops and solution design sessions with cross-functional stakeholders.</li><li>Define, document, and manage project deliverables including functional requirements, testing scenarios, and rollout plans.</li><li>Partner with cross-functional business departments to enhance system utilization and automation.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Management Systems, or a relevant discipline.</li><li>8+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain and Manufacturing systems.</li><li>Professional certifications in Oracle Fusion Cloud Supply Chain and Manufacturing, project management, and ITIL.</li><li>Strong/Expert level experience in Oracle Fusion modules: Manufacturing, Supply Chain Planning, Order Management.</li><li>Good implementation experience/exposure in modules: Inventory, Maintenance, Sourcing, Product Costing, Procurement Contracts.</li><li>Experience in Oracle Fusion technical areas: OTBI, Data Load, Security, Workflow.</li><li>Handled all ERP lifecycle phases: analysis, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.</li><li>Strong understanding of module integration with other Oracle Fusion process areas.</li><li>Excellent documentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Fluent in English; Arabic language skills preferred.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.</li><li>Full-time position.</li></ul>
