About the Role

<h2>ServiceNow GRC ITSM HRSD Developer</h2><p>We are seeking an experienced <strong>ServiceNow GRC ITSM HRSD Developer</strong> with a strong background in ServiceNow development and GRC modules. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development, with specific expertise in GRC IRM modules and Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM). This is a contract position based in <strong>Bangalore, Karnataka, India</strong>.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Develop existing and custom applications within ServiceNow.</li><li>Work with GRC IRM modules and 3P integration.</li><li>Implement Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) processes in GRC.</li><li>Automate Authorization and Monitoring processes in CAM.</li><li>Build and maintain authorization boundaries.</li><li>Follow ServiceNow best practices, including scripting, security, and implementation.</li><li>Utilize JavaScript, Data policy, Business Rules, APIs, and GRC modules functionality.</li><li>Ensure effective communication and collaboration with team members.</li><li>Document processes and solutions effectively.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>At least 5 years of experience in ServiceNow development.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in GRC IRM modules and 3P integration.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Continuous Authorization and Monitoring (CAM) in GRC.</li><li>Minimum 2 years of experience in Workflow and Automation.</li><li>Strong experience in JavaScript, Data policy, Business Rules, APIs, and Custom modules.</li><li>Experience with CMDB &amp; Discovery.</li><li>Certified Application Developer (CAD) Certification is required.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal, communication, collaboration, and documentation skills.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Contract</li><li>Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India</li></ul>
