Role: ServiceNow HR Model Company Name: WillWare Technologies<br />Client Project: iOpex<br />Location: Bangalore/HyderabadWork Mode: Hybrid<br /><br />Job Description: <br />We are looking for an experienced <strong>Senior Business Systems Analyst</strong> with strong hands-on expertise in <strong>ServiceNow</strong>, especially <strong>HRSD</strong>, to join our team and contribute to impactful enterprise implementations.<br /><br /><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li> <p>Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, Developers, and QA teams to translate requirements into user stories and functional specifications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, Case Management, and HRSD.</p> </li> <li> <p>Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure successful solution delivery.</p> </li> <li> <p>Work with US-based stakeholders, ensuring a minimum of 4 hours of overlap with PST for meetings, requirement gathering, and sprint planning.</p> </li> <li> <p>Participate in UAT, create test cases, and validate solutions before deployment.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support ongoing enhancements, troubleshooting, and maintenance of ServiceNow applications.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prepare documentation, process flows, BRDs, and training materials.</p> </li> <li> <p>Provide regular status updates to leadership and project teams.</p><p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li> <p>8?10 years of experience as a Business Systems Analyst / Product Analyst, preferably in ServiceNow.</p> </li> <li> <p>Strong working experience with <strong>ServiceNow HRSD</strong>.</p> </li> <li> <p>Solid understanding of core ServiceNow modules and custom application development.</p> </li> <li> <p>Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and user stories.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.</p> </li> <li> <p>Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.</p> </li> <li> <p>Ability to independently lead meetings with business and technical stakeholders.</p> </li> <li> <p>Prior experience with US-based teams; must be flexible for PST overlap.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with ServiceNow reporting, workflows, and integrations (preferred).</p> </li> <li> <p>Good documentation skills (BRDs, User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Process Flows).</p> </li> <li> <p>Exposure to ServiceNow Security modules.</p> </li> <li> <p>Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting (Client Scripts, Business Rules) is a plus.</p> </li> <li> <p>Experience with platform upgrades or migrations.<br /></p><p><strong>Certifications:</strong></p><p> </p><ul> <li> <p>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).</p> </li> <li> <p>ServiceNow HRSD certification (preferred).</p></li></ul></li></ul></li></ul>
