About the Role

<h2>Test Manager</h2><p>We are seeking a skilled Test Manager with 10-14 years of experience to lead our testing efforts in a contract role. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end journey testing across multiple systems, including upstream and downstream processes. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in UK hours (until 10 PM IST).</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead and mentor junior engineers, driving automation standards and framework improvements.</li><li>Develop, implement, and update Test Plans, Test Cases, and Test Strategies.</li><li>Manage and support an offshore team in testing and planning activities.</li><li>Identify test cases for automation and ensure comprehensive coverage.</li><li>Participate actively in weekly and daily status calls with the team.</li><li>Work with network/payment technologies, including debit and credit processing.</li><li>Conduct end-to-end journey testing across multiple systems.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>Proven experience with Selenium for automation testing.</li><li>Strong communication skills.</li><li>Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.</li><li>Degree in a relevant field.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Contract position.</li><li>Ability to work UK hours (until 10 PM IST).</li></ul>
