<h2>Transition Lead ? GCC Enablement (India)</h2><p>We are seeking a highly experienced Transition Lead to oversee the setup and scaling of our Global Capability Center (GCC) in India. This role is pivotal in driving the transition of processes from onshore to the GCC, ensuring a seamless integration with no disruption to business operations. The ideal candidate will act as a key interface between leadership, business units, and GCC teams, while operationalizing governance and SLA-driven delivery.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Lead the setup and scaling of the Global Capability Center (GCC) in India.</li><li>Drive the transition of processes from onshore to GCC in a wave-based approach.</li><li>Define, enable, and operationalize the operating model, governance, and SLA-driven delivery.</li><li>Ensure a smooth transition with no disruption to business operations.</li><li>Act as the key interface between leadership, business, and GCC teams.</li><li>Define GCC structure including functions, roles, capacity, and governance.</li><li>Identify and prioritize processes for transition using a phased approach.</li><li>Create a transition roadmap outlining timelines, dependencies, and risks.</li><li>Lead knowledge transfer and process migration initiatives.</li><li>Establish SLAs, KPIs, and performance tracking mechanisms.</li><li>Manage stakeholders across geographies and handle resistance effectively.</li><li>Ensure post-transition stabilization and performance improvement.</li><li>Establish governance cadence for reviews, reporting, and escalation.</li><li>Drive continuous improvement and scale GCC capabilities.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>10?15 years of total experience in GCC setup, shared services, or transition programs.</li><li>Proven experience in end-to-end transition execution, not limited to operations.</li><li>Experience working with senior stakeholders at the CXO or leadership level.</li><li>Strong program management, risk management, and stakeholder handling skills.</li><li>Ability to work in ambiguity and manage complex transformations.</li><li>Exposure to EPC, infrastructure, or manufacturing industries is preferred.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Full-time position.</li><li>Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.</li><li>Remote work options are not specified.</li></ul>
