<h2>Video Editor &amp; Social Media Video Specialist</h2><p>We are seeking a creative, energetic, and social-media-savvy Video Editor &amp; Social Media Video Specialist who understands how to create engaging short-form and long-form video content for modern digital platforms. The ideal candidate should be passionate about storytelling, video production, AI-powered content creation, and social media trends. They should be capable of independently editing, shooting, producing, and publishing high-quality videos that drive engagement and brand awareness.</p><h3>Key Responsibilities</h3><ul><li>Edit high-quality videos for social media, websites, marketing campaigns, and events.</li><li>Create Product Videos, Product Demo Videos, Brand Videos, Customer Stories, Event Highlight Videos, and Corporate Communication Videos.</li><li>Add motion graphics, animations, transitions, subtitles, and visual effects.</li><li>Create professional voice-overs for silent videos using AI and voice-generation tools.</li><li>Capture and shoot videos during internal company events, external events and conferences, leadership interviews, employee video bytes, customer interviews, and product showcases.</li><li>Plan and execute shoots with minimal supervision.</li><li>Create platform-specific content for Instagram Reels, LinkedIn Videos, YouTube Shorts, and YouTube Videos.</li><li>Stay updated on social media trends, formats, hooks, and engagement techniques.</li><li>Consistently deliver 3?4 high-quality videos per week.</li><li>Use AI tools for voice-over generation, video enhancement, auto-captioning, script assistance, content repurposing, and creative ideation.</li><li>Continuously explore new AI tools to improve production efficiency and content quality.</li></ul><h3>Requirements</h3><ul><li>2?3 years of hands-on experience in video editing and social media content creation.</li><li>Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (preferred), and Canva Video.</li><li>Experience with AI video and content tools.</li><li>Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube content formats.</li><li>Good camera handling and video shooting skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced marketing environment.</li><li>Strong storytelling and visual communication skills.</li></ul><h3>Work Arrangements</h3><ul><li>Type: Full-Time</li><li>Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India</li></ul>
